The Boston Tea Party occurred in the city of Boston. On the night of December 16, 1773, Samuel Adams and the Sons of Liberty boarded three ships in the Boston harbor and threw 342 chests of tea overboard. This resulted in the passage of the punitive Coercive Acts in 1774 and pushed the two sides closer to war. In 1776 Boston with a population of 15,000 was the second to largest city in what is now the United States.

Geographic Information system allows you to analyze and present all types of spatial or geogaphic data.
I tried to find the geographic information system that could be zoomed to look at the Boston during American Revolution or Boston Tea Party but I could not find one. I could find the Goegraphic Information System for Boston in Present.

In 1776, Boston was not much different than in present. Men wore coloreful clothes, shipping business was active, the food was similar, and animals were common. There were many man made structures, ships and the forts were made by men. Also, the natural barriers helped Americans: Charles river and mountains helped to protect people and soldiers in war. Boston was an important location in war because it is surrounded bt the sea.
